TRUST THE TIMING IN YOUR LIFE!
Isn’t it true when everything seems to be falling apart, something better is coming together? Huh- it’s funny how that works.
I’ve done a lot of things in my work life, and partnered with a lot of well-known brands: I’ve watched over little ones while their parents were working, scooped ice cream and flipped burgers, slung coffee and peddled donuts, been part of a team of amazing individuals helping people to live healthier lifestyles, helped people find real estate solutions (still do!), helped people to get a better night’s sleep, helped people to clean their homes without chemicals, helped people to find the perfect vacation destination and create lasting memories.
Each stop of the journey of life, has led to the next.
That said, I never would have thought that a global pandemic would lead to the next stop.
This summer we did a lot of work around the house. Demo, landscaping, LOTS of painting, among other things. And when 90% done with all those projects, I was happy with how the house was looking, though I looked in my closet and realized that most of my clothes fell in one of two categories: business suits/dresses or paint-covered. I saw a friend’s post about some adorable leggings, and I thought, Oh, what the heck. Ya, I’ll check those out.
What started as a peek at some leggings made me realize it was way more. It was this business builder’s perfect trifecta: 1. Prelaunch 2. Community of empowered women. 3. Fits right in with our other business projects, our lifestyle, and our schedule.
My entrepreneurial radar went off. This was something.
